Utilize market expertise to support and respond to customer inquiries. Cultivate and maintain solid relationships with both new and existing Industrial / Commercial Construction clients, engaging stakeholders across multiple levels of each organization specifically in the Gulf Coast region. Craft and execute individualized account strategies to support sustainable growth within the industry. Engage with potential clients both in person and through the use of technology. Manage customer information and track client interactions within the CRM system, ensuring timely follow-up and communication. Attend meetings, trade shows, and networking events in order to build a stronger presence in the market. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver optimal solutions for the client.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Construction Management, Business, or related field of study. 3+ years experience in a sales role for a General Contractor, Subcontractor, Developer, or Engineering firm. Experience within either the Industrial or Construction industry is required. History of working across the Gulf Coast region is preferred. Proficient in customer relationship management. Self-motivated, entrepreneurial individual. Basic understanding of Schedule software, principles and logic required; Desire to lead and make an impact.
