Product Specialist - Trailer & Towing
Location : Wentzville, MO
Hours : Monday-Friday, 8 : 30 a.m. - 5 : 00 p.m.
Starting Pay : $20 / hr
About the Role

As a Product Specialist , you're the voice of our products. You'll jump into conversations across our website, social platforms, and community spaces to help neighbors find the right solutions, share your perspective, and keep the dialogue rolling. You'll also get hands-on with installs, demos, and trainings-because at etrailer, we believe the best advice comes from real experience.

What You'll Be Doing
- Proactively answer product questions submitted through our website, email, and other digital channels.
- Post thoughtful, informative, and brand-aligned answers publicly-like on product Q&As, forums, or video comments.
- Engage with product reviewers and participate in ongoing conversations that educate, clarify, and encourage connection.
- Monitor and respond to comments across videos, product pages, and social media-always with authenticity, appreciation, and support.
- Build knowledge across teams by facilitating trainings, product demonstrations, and installations.
- Display a "first to market" mindset by keeping up with new products, industry trends, and what's on our neighbors' minds.

A natural self-starter who loves initiating conversation and connecting with people.Strong writing and research skills-you can translate complex info into clear, neighbor-friendly language.Experience with online communities, social media, or public Q&A platforms.Background in product-based industries (automotive, RV, outdoor gear, tools, etc.).Hands-on product experience is a big plus!Comfortable giving and receiving constructive feedback.A customer-first mindset with a genuine desire to help people succeed.Organized and dependable-you can juggle multiple conversations and priorities without missing a beat.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and spend time standing, bending, or working hands-on when needed.Education : Some college preferred, or equivalent experience.Why You'll Love Working at etrailer
