Home Health Physical Therapist (PT)

Job Summary :

Provide skilled physical therapy services to patients in their homes, promoting mobility, independence, and overall quality of life through personalized treatment plans and education.

• Part time and full time hours available! (paid by visit for part time) & mileage reimbursement
• Full time salary plus weekly bonuses with pay ranges from $80,000-$120,000 annually. You drive your earning potential!
