Job descriptionHelp the Assistant Manager ensure processes are following the company standards Lead and motivate team members during shifts to meet sales goals Opening and closing the store as needed Provide our customers with an authentic and welcoming Steel City experience You’ll be a great fit for this role if : You have prior customer service or retail experience (preferred) You’re a confident communicator and team motivator You have a passion for local culture, style and representing Pittsburgh pride You have flexible availability for part-time hours (20+ hours per week) including weekends and holidays Perks!
