Daily Responsibilities : Manage project budgets and financial reporting Prepare and review punch out lists Process submittals and change orders Assist with scope development and project closeout Coordinate project controls and requests for information Required Skills : Experience in Custom Home construction Knowledge of construction accounting Ability to work on pre-construction and construction management Computer and AI query skills are essential Strong understanding of Custom Home building process Nice to Have Skills : Experience with contract writing and bidding Knowledge of value engineering Knowledge of JobTread or simular Construction Management software.
