Certified Pilates Instructor at Mighty Pilates Marin

Mighty Pilates Marin is looking for an energetic Pilates instructor to teach group classes and privates at our 5-Star Larkpsur studio.

We incorporate the foundations of Classical Pilates while upping the intensity factor for an inspired, invigorating workout. We are very proud of our 5-Star rating on Yelp! Our first location in San Francisco has been open for 12 years and we have additional locations in San Francisco, Berkeley, Lafayette, Santa Monica, and Westwood.

Each shift consists of classes with private availability. Our Marin location is in the Marin Country Mart across from the Larkspur ferry.

We are looking for lively, creative instructors certified in Reformer, Mat and Tower to teach 50-minute classes and private sessions. Ideal candidates are seasoned Pilates instructors who feel comfortable teaching a variety of classes, incorporating higher intensity cardio with classical Pilates moves if required by class type, and a deep understanding of fundamental Pilates exercises to lead Foundations classes for beginners.

Perks :

We offer excellent base class pay for 6 students with added incentives for additional students (up to 11 in class). We have a tiered pay scale based on experience and number of shifts worked.

We emphasize ongoing education and offer staff 4 free classes monthly, then $5 drop-ins for any additional classes.

Requirements :

Pilates Certified in Mat, Reformer and Tower

Pre / post-Natal, Chair, Cadillac experience a plus

Energetic, warm, motivational teacher with a loyal following

Experience teaching group classes of at least 6 people

Passion for helping students reach their fitness goals

Current needs include : Weekend shifts, Friday Happy Hour classes, early weekday mornings, evenings
