A company is looking for an AR Specialist / Real Estate Accountant.
Key Responsibilities
Provide accounting support for the property management team, including Accounts Receivable tasks
Review leases and ensure accurate billing, including additional charges
Organize files and provide administrative support for document processing
Required Qualifications
3+ years of Accounts Receivable experience
Preferred experience in the Real Estate / Property Management industry
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Knowledge of the Yardi accounting system is required
Understanding of property tax and CAM reconciliations
