Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Medical Lab Technician Discipline : Allied Health Professional Start Date : 12 / 01 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift : 12 hours, nights Employment Type : Travel Position : Medical Technologist (Generalist) Facility : MUSC (Medical University of South Carolina) Location : South Carolina Shift : Nights – 3x12-hour (7 : 00 PM – 7 : 30 AM); may rotate to days (7 : 00 AM – 7 : 30 PM) Schedule : Every other weekend required On-Call : No Guaranteed Hours : Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks Contract Length : 13 weeks (approx. 91 days) Requirements : Minimum 3 years of experience (no first-time travelers) Certification : ASCP MLS / MLT or equivalent Must have strong generalist experience Epic charting experience required BLS, ACLS, and state license required COVID-19 vaccine not required; flu vaccine required (medical / religious exemptions accepted) Patient Population : Neonates to geriatrics Unit Type : General laboratory (hospital setting) Support Services : Respiratory, Radiology, Interpretation Daily Census : ~27 patients About Nationwide Therapy Group NTG is a proud partner with healthcare professionals across the country.
