As a Patrol Unarmed Security Officer with Allied Universal at a food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, assisting to maintain a secure and welcoming environment for employees and visitors. What You'll Do

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the food and beverage location, including responding appropriately to emergency situations.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating with clients, visitors, and / or employees as needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns.

Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to observe for unusual activity, following protocols established for the location.

Document incidents and security-related activities accurately and promptly, maintaining clear records as directed by Allied Universal policies.

Collaborate with location management and Allied Universal team members to address security-related concerns or needs as they arise.

Minimum Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
