We seek Family Medicine physicians to join an elite practice in upstate New York.

About the Opening

• Employed position with a reputable healthcare system - practices are governed by the physicians
• Work from one location in a new office
• 20 patients on average per day, all ages
• Possible to work a 4-day week
• Shared call among the local groups - take call 1 : 15 ( very light, phone only )
• Six weeks total Paid Time Off Year One
• Salary guarantee year one based on experience 245K-265K plus bonuses
• Commencement Bonus : $50,000 at start, $25,000 after one year, and $25,000 after two years
