Overview

Our Compensation Consulting offerings provides clients across multiple industries the ability to tailor competitive and compliant compensation plans that help them attract, retain and develop their talent. The focus of the Analyst : Compensation Consulting is to maintain productive relationships and support Consultants in their work with an emphasis on :

How you'll make an impact

Conduct compensation analysis and position benchmarking

Participate in client meetings as requested

Ensures that clients have competitive and cost effective compensation policies and practices.

Under the direction of the consultants, supports development, implementation, analysis and / or administration of the client's cash and non-cash compensation programs.

In addition to completing day-to-day compensation tasks, incumbents are also to assist in proactively designing and delivering reward solutions and policies in line with the client's HR and business strategies.

Works with a moderate degree of autonomy under the instruction of more senior staff

About You

Required : Bachelor's degree and 3 years related experience required.

Preferred :

• Ability to organize and prioritize work and to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to think quickly and respond well in highly visible and / or stressful situations
• Clear, concise, professional written and oral communications.
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Goal-oriented and driven for success
• Ability to work well with individuals at multiple levels
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market / geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business / practice area, supply / demand, and scheduled hours.
