Second Shift Supervisor

About the Role

We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead and oversee maintenance operations in a high-volume manufacturing environment. This position combines hands-on technical troubleshooting with team leadership to ensure equipment reliability, compliance with safety standards, and minimal production downtime.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise the maintenance team to meet daily production and facility goals.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment across multiple systems, including :
• Electrical : 3-phase power, drives, print reading.
• Electronics : Analog / digital, component-level repair.
• PLC Systems : Siemens, Allen Bradley, ladder logic, programming.
• Instrumentation : Equipment calibrations.
• Mechanical : Pumps, conveyors, drives, rebuilds.
• Hydraulics & Pneumatics : Print reading, equipment rebuilds.
• HVAC & Boilers : Ammonia / Freon systems, chillers, furnaces, high / low pressure boilers.
• Welding & Fabrication : MIG, TIG, stick, plasma cutting, brazing.
• General Building Maintenance : Lighting, roofing, compressors, fire / sprinkler systems.
• Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and all safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate records, logs, and reports related to maintenance and equipment.
• Collaborate with production and operations leadership to minimize downtime.
• Lead by example, train, and develop maintenance staff.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and innovative solutions.
