COMMERICAL FIELD PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE

Commercial Field Production Associate

The Northern Westchester and Southern CT offices of CertaPro Painters are looking for an outgoing, assertive, and ambitious individual with experience in the construction industry and project management to become our Commercial Field Production Associate. The main responsibility of this position is to successfully manage on-site painting crews, enforce their attention to the details of sales contracts as well as CertaPro performance guidelines, enforce OSHA and company safety guidelines, maximize their productivity, and also handle customer driven issues and turn them into opportunities. The secondary responsibility is around assisting in estimating projects and providing feedback to the team. Customer service experience is required. Painting experience is a plus, and painting and carpentry skills are highly desirable. Computer skills are required. You will establish and build relationships with our painting crews, interact with our clients, and support our high-level customer service program. You will be a Brand Ambassador and must represent our company values. You will be responsible for training crews to our standards and will be involved in some aspects of selling too. This position involves heavy customer interaction and this position demands lots of driving. This position is available immediately.

Starting Compensation Package : $60k - $70k with performance bonus / commissions
