Base pay range
$160,000.00 / yr - $160,000.00 / yr
Location : New York City or London (remote with proximity to hub)
Compensation : NYC : up to $160k base + commission + equity | London : up to £120k base + commission + equity

About the Role
We're looking for a BDM Lead to drive new business in NYC or London. You'll work directly with the executive team to win early flagship accounts across custody, funds, and institutional investors, while laying the groundwork for a repeatable sales model.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone with strong institutional relationships, a proven ability to close, and the ambition to step into leadership as the company scales.
