Base pay range

$160,000.00 / yr - $160,000.00 / yr

Location : New York City or London (remote with proximity to hub)

Compensation : NYC : up to $160k base + commission + equity | London : up to £120k base + commission + equity

Novify is partnering with a Seed security startup operating at the infrastructure layer of institutional crypto.

The company is backed by tier-1 investors and led by a founding team with deep experience in crypto, security, and infrastructure. With product now live and early customer traction, they are entering a critical go-to-market phase and building out the sales team.

This is a rare opportunity to join at the inflection point, helping to define the commercial motion and growing into a future Head of Sales role.

About the Role

We're looking for a BDM Lead to drive new business in NYC or London. You'll work directly with the executive team to win early flagship accounts across custody, funds, and institutional investors, while laying the groundwork for a repeatable sales model.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone with strong institutional relationships, a proven ability to close, and the ambition to step into leadership as the company scales.

What You'll Do

  • Build, qualify, and close enterprise pipeline across institutional crypto verticals
  • Engage directly with senior decision-makers and key accounts
  • Work with founders to shape GTM strategy and account prioritisation
  • Position yourself to grow into Head of Sales as the team expands

What We're Looking For

  • 5–8+ years in institutional crypto or infrastructure sales
  • Proven track record closing enterprise-level deals in startup settings
  • Polished communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Based in NYC or London (non-negotiable)
