Job Title : Sales Consultant

Reports To : Hiring Manager / Principal

About Aderra

Aderra is redefining senior living by combining the pride of home ownership with the freedom of built-in support services. Our community in Magnolia, TX offers 62+ adults the chance to live independently in beautifully designed homes while accessing support only when they want it.

Role Overview

The Sales Consultant will guide prospective residents and their families through the process of understanding Aderra's unique value, selecting the right home, and joining our community. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to communicate the lifestyle benefits of Aderra with clarity and confidence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle : lead generation, follow-up, tours, presentations, and closing.
  • Build trusted relationships with seniors, adult children, and referral sources.
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand needs and match prospects with the right home and services.
  • Deliver engaging community tours and presentations highlighting Aderra's lifestyle and benefits.
  • Maintain accurate records in Zoho Recruit / CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Partner with marketing to execute outreach events, campaigns, and community networking.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador for Aderra, both onsite and in the broader Houston area.

  • Requirements

    Qualifications

  • 2+ years of sales experience (real estate, senior living, or high-value consultative sales preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; empathetic and confident.
  • Proven ability to manage a pipeline, track metrics, and close sales.
  • Comfortable with technology (CRM, Microsoft 365, Zoho, virtual presentations).
  • Knowledge of the Houston-area senior living market is a plus.
  • Competitive base salary + commission.
