Warehouse Selector- Night Shift

Pay/Benefits – Paid EVERY FRIDAY

• $16 - $20 per hour starting pay based on experience and performance
• Overtime pay of $24.00 - $30.00 after 40 hours per week!

Job Overview:

• Selectors will pick produce cases from slots and stack product on walking pallet jack (cases weight 1 – 50# each), stage pallets on loading docks, and load pallets on 24’ straight trucks.
• Select and pull between 400 – 500 packages per night.
• Demonstrate attention to detail by evaluating produce quality, by ensuring the quality of products loaded onto trucks.
• Be a good communicator with your team members and management.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• 1 year of picking/selecting experience preferred.
• Ability to operate typical warehouse machinery and tools and willingness to become certified in operating a forklift.
• Ability to lift 40-60 pounds and move on & off equipment regularly.
• Must have manual dexterity and be able to lift 70 lbs safely, reach product as tall as 6 feet and work standing up for 8+ hours per day.
