The Fulfillment Operations team fulfills customer orders for Transcorp's retail partners. We strive to provide exceptional service to every customer, maximize efficiency in our operations, and create a safe and fulfilling workplace for our team members.

The Fulfillment Associate will work in a retail, temperature-controlled environment. This role reports to the Fulfillment Shift Supervisor and completes orders by picking and filling boxes and / or containers. This role will pick, package, and stage orders; stock and refill products; and ensure that the facility remains clean and safe.

About The Job

• Unload and inspect incoming shipments for quality, quantity, and compliance
• Put away products to inventory locations
• Periods of time spent in a cooler
• Pick, pack and stage incoming orders
• Collect and handoff orders to delivery modalities
• Validate accuracy of locations through cycle counting
• Minimize waste and spoilage through strict compliance with 'First In, First Out' practices
• Retrieve any "quarantine" product from shelves : expiring, recall
• Organize non-sold product; i.e., re-shelving returns
• Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
• Perform other duties as assigned (cleaning, special tasks / projects / assignments, etc)
