Job descriptionNo cold calling — all appointments are pre-qualified. Streamlined systems and marketing support to help you win. A high-performance culture that rewards results and integrity. Educate clients on materials, options, and design possibilities. Follow the one-call-close process to finalize sales during the first meeting. Enter all communication, job details, and updates into the company CRM. Participate in ongoing training sessions and sales meetings. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies. 3–5 years of experience in home improvement, remodeling, or construction sales . Proven ability to close deals and manage objections effectively. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, organized, and process-driven. CRM experience preferred. We’re a fast-growing deck company specializing in deck projects. Our success is built on a proven one-call close system , a strong support team, and high-quality leads. We’re looking for a motivated Deck Sales Estimator who can turn qualified in-person appointments into profitable projects — without the endless follow-ups or multi-visit deals.
Position Overview
As a Deck Sales Estimator, you’ll meet pre-qualified homeowners, conduct in-person consultations, design deck projects, and close prospects on the first visit. You’ll use your in-home sales experience and our proven sales process to build trust and guide homeowners to make confident decisions quickly
Compensation and Benefits
- $150,000–$200,000+ annual earning potential (upside commissions)
- 75% company-paid top-tier medical benefits after 90 days.
