What You'll Do
As a Sales Consultant, you'll help customers bring their home dreams to life. Using your positive energy, product knowledge, and communication skills , you'll deliver an outstanding shopping experience from the moment they walk in the door to final delivery.
Key Responsibilities :
- Welcome and guide customers through our showroom and website to find the perfect solutions for their home
- Build strong customer relationships and provide tailored recommendations
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, energy, and enthusiasm
- Drive sales by meeting and exceeding personal and team goals
- Follow up on open quotes and orders to ensure a smooth delivery experience
- Handle escalations with professionalism and creativity
- Stay organized with scheduling, order tracking, and customer communication
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment
