BC Advanced Heart Failure Cardiology, Ventricular Assist Device (VAD) Certified REQUIRED

AHF Fellowship LVAD experience REQUIRED

MF, 8hour days plus rotating call

Clinic PPD 10 average admin PD 1215

active VA license and DEA local providers only
