We’re excited to offer a sign-on bonus of $3,000 for this role. The bonus is paid in three installments : $1,000 at hire, $1,000 after three months, and $1,000 after one year of employment.

What You Will Do as a CNC Programmer at PRL

• Program and optimize CNC machines – Write and edit machine programs for precision milling and turning operations.
• Lead Through Knowledge – Train, mentor, and support machinists to raise production standards.
• Solve Complex Problems – Review blueprints, troubleshoot machining issues, and refine programming for optimal efficiency.
• Innovate for Efficiency – Design process layouts that enhance workflow, cut waste, and boost machining capabilities.
