What You'll Do
Deliver comprehensive outpatient services under the guidance of the Acting Primary Care Director.
Serve patients with diverse and complex medical needs in both on-site and telehealth formats.
Help advance the mission of IHS to raise the physical, mental, and spiritual health of Native communities.
Participate in culturally informed care, respecting the traditions and values of the Navajo people.
What We're Looking For
Certified Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Minimum of 6 months recent practice experience - in the last year
Active, unrestricted state license & DEA (Schedules II V)
BLS certification and ability to meet IHS health requirements
Ability to pass the security clearance requirement and no outstanding, delinquent federal debt
Culturally aware, compassionate, and collaborative providers
Assignment Details
Schedule : Monday Friday, 40 hours / week
Duration : Flexible (minimum of 13 weeks to 12 months with option to extend)
EMR : RPMS
Start Date : As soon as credentialed
Location : On-site in Chinle, AZ with possible coverage at surrounding clinics
