Job descriptionTroubleshoot and diagnose existing plumbing issues in residential homes. Installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems and fixtures which will include toilet replacements, faucets replacements, water heater replacements, soldering, and common plumbing repairs. Inspecting and testing plumbing systems for safety, functionality, water quality, and code compliance in residential homes. Handling customer queries, troubleshooting / resolving plumbing problems, responding to call-outs, and preparing cost estimates. Sewer and drain cleaning. Serve customers by analyzing work orders, following daily travel schedules, listening to customers, performing designated work and proactively solving problems. Document plumbing work performed and provide guidance to assistants or apprentices. Maintain professional conduct and appearance in all working conditions. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a residential service plumber in the state of Georgia Drains experience preferred, not required. Must have, and maintain, a valid U.S. driver's license. Hendrix may conduct a preemployment background check and drug test, subject to applicable law. Good work ethic and willingness to learn new methods, paired with a high level of motivation. Physical dexterity. Strong customer service skills.
