Must-Have Skills :

• Expertise in Citrix Workspace 1912, Citrix Provisioning Services, and Ivanti User Workspace Manager
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server 2012 / 2016 / 2019, Citrix policies, Microsoft GPO, and ITSM practices (change, incident, problem)
• 5–8+ years of experience with excellent communication and customer service skills (Lead level requires 8+ years)
