Senior Product Manager, P&C - Customer UI

What Youll Do On The Product Team :

With the continued growth of our technical organization, were hiring a Senior Product Manager, Property and Casualty to steward our most essential product linesgrounding decisions in customer insight and driving the next phase of product implementation. In this role, youll own the account interfaces used by operators and third-party agents, with a strong emphasis on defining intuitive UIs, conducting customer research and user testing, and partnering closely with design to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Insurance may not be flashy, but it is critical for almost any business and the market size for commercial real estate is enormous. Your tool will be used to protect billions of dollars worth of assets.

Youre a strategic, hands-on leader who thrives at the intersection of customer insight, product strategy, and business impact. Youll lead discovery efforts to deeply understand user needs, identify market whitespace, and translate signals from customer, market, and competitive data into actionable insights that shape strategy and roadmaps.

You know how to drive clarity and focuscollaborating cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Finance, GTM, and Executive Leadership to define priorities, refine requirements, and ensure go-to-market readiness. Youre just as comfortable rolling up your sleeves to build an MVP, run a competitive analysis, or lead a product launch as you are presenting insights to senior leadership.

You connect decisions to measurable outcomes, clearly communicating how your work drives growth and business performance. Youre customer-obsessed and problem-focused, with a balance of strategic vision and tactical execution. Analytical yet creative, you can interpret complex data, synthesize imperfect information, and turn ambiguity into action.

Above all, youre collaborative, resourceful, and outcome-drivenan influential voice for what were building and why it matters, with no task too small and no challenge too big.

Minimum Requirements

3+ years of relevant experience in product management or product consultingpreferably in B2B technology, with bonus points for experience in insurance, personal lines, or fintech services.

Strong analytical and technical capability, including proficiency with data tools such as SQL, Python, Excel, Tableau, Metabase, or Power BI to support modeling, insights, and data-driven decision-making.

Proven ability to translate technical features into clear business value for both technical and non-technical audiences, including executive leadership.

Experience conducting market and competitive analysis, developing strategic recommendations, and creating enablement materials that support product, technical, and go-to-market teams.

Skilled in both qualitative and quantitative research methods, such as interviews, surveys, and statistical analysis.

Demonstrated success presenting insights and strategic recommendations to senior leaders or C-suite executives.

Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills, with experience delivering product transformations, managing product lifecycles, and driving digital or operational improvements.

Comfort utilizing AI tools to accelerate product management workflows and improve collaboration with full-stack engineering teams.

Expertise in Agile methodologies and familiarity with customer journey mapping, product lifecycle management, and modern product development practices.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and storytelling abilities, with the ability to craft compelling presentations and data narratives.

Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience required.
