Job descriptionManage and review complex tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts. Provide strategic tax planning and consulting services to clients. Research and resolve complex tax issues and stay current on tax law changes. Lead client engagements and maintain strong client relationships. Supervise, train, and mentor staff accountants and senior associates. Assist in business development efforts and contribute to firm growth. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations. Collaborate with audit and advisory teams to provide integrated client service. CPA license required. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; 5+ years of public accounting experience with a focus on tax. Strong technical knowledge of tax laws and regulations. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Proficiency in tax software (e.g., CCH Axcess, ProSystem fx, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.

The ideal candidate will be a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a strong background in tax compliance, planning, and client advisory services. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse client base across industries, lead engagements, and mentor junior staff.
