We’re looking for a Landscape Technician to join our crew and help shape the lawns, gardens, and green spaces that bring clients joy. Whether you're just getting started in landscaping or have years of experience, this role is designed to give you stability, growth, and the chance to work in the fresh air with people who care about what they do.

Compensation : 18 - $21 hourly

Responsibilities :

What You’ll Be Doing (And Loving) :

• Work outdoors daily —no desk, just sunshine, fresh air, and room to move.
• Master your lawn care skills —mowing, edging, trimming, and more, with guidance if you’re newer.
• Plant vibrant flowers and shrubs to bring color and life to every property.
• Prune and trim trees and bushes to maintain clean, healthy landscapes.
• Keep yards spotless —clear debris, leaves, and litter to leave a lasting impression.
• Use top-quality lawn care tools and machinery with safety and skill.
• Work with teammates who have your back , follow safety standards, and bring a positive attitude every day.
• Deliver friendly service —you’ll become a trusted face for clients.
