Insurance Defense Attorney

A respected and growing civil litigation firm in Dallas is seeking an Insurance Defense Attorney to join its litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with a strong background in civil litigation or general liability litigation who is looking to take on a meaningful caseload and work with a collaborative legal team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage a full caseload of personal injury matters from intake through trial or resolution
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
• Take and defend depositions, including expert and fact witnesses
• Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and court hearings

Qualifications :

Salary and Other Compensation :

The annual salary for this position is between $155,000 – $185,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography / market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
