Job Description

Overseeing all phases of high-end construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. Managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client expectations. Coordinating with architects, designers, and consultants to ensure design intent is executed flawlessly. Leading on-site teams and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. Handling procurement, change orders, and project documentation. Providing regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders. Ensuring timely delivery of projects while maintaining high standards.

The Successful Applicant

3+ years of experience managing construction projects. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain client satisfaction. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project). Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or related field preferred.
