Paid Media Strategy Director
The Paid Media Strategy Director demonstrates a deep understanding of advertising trends, audience behavior, and industry best practices, serving as a player / coach within the US Petcare Marketing team. Key responsibilities include leading the media agency relationship, collaborating with the therapeutic area teams, and driving the linear TV, digital TV, paid search, paid social, and onsite retail strategy. To optimize investments and ROI, the evaluation and application of marketing mix modeling will be a critical driver of performance success. Serving as the coach for the Programmatic Senior Marketing Manager, this individual plays a critical leadership role in shaping the culture of the marketing organization and talent development.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $180,880-260,015. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the base pay target range for new hire salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This position is also eligible for short-term incentive compensation and long-term incentives.
