Production Supervisor

DAY SHIFT : MON-THUR 5 : 00AM-3 : 30PM

Describe the Department

Lead people in the Nacelles, Hub, and Drive Train lines to produce safely quality focused products to meet customer demand.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily labor to perform safe and quality work.
• Understand and execute HSE safety policies and procedures.
• Lead people and supervise processes to ensure compliance with the procedures. Interview, hire, promote, and reprimand team members who are direct reports.
• Address complaints, concerns, and ideas for continuous improvement.
• Support company and manager directions. Develop the team in safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and productivity measurements and execution.

Qualifications

Associates Degree, bachelor's degree preferred.

5 years' experience leading people in a manufacturing environment

Competencies

Computer skills : MS Office Suite, ERP, timekeeping, and incident gathering tools. Ability to lead people. Knowledge of how to train, teach, and coach team members. Ability to create, maintain, and improve a safe work environment.

Salary Range : $75,000-$90,000
