Job description

Nursing Leadership Role

This position offers a unique opportunity to excel as a nursing leader, responsible for the care and management of patients in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide direction and oversight to LVN / LPNs, nursing assistants, unit secretaries, and other clinical / clerical associates, ensuring seamless team collaboration and effective patient care delivery.
  • Develop comprehensive patient care plans, identifying and addressing all significant needs and problems through thorough nursing assessments.
  • Implement patient care according to planned nursing care and interdisciplinary care plans, promoting high-quality patient outcomes.

Requirements and Qualifications :

  • A Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing is preferred; however, a strong educational background in a related field is essential.
  • Applicants should have six months to a year of experience as a licensed RN or holder of an active GN permit, demonstrating a solid foundation in nursing principles and practice.
