Key Responsibilities
Oversee the design and implementation of training strategies for the proprietary software platform
Revamp existing training content and delivery methods to meet evolving business needs
Design and deliver engaging training programs for internal employees and external clients
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or related field
1-3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Instructional Design
Experience creating and delivering training programs for internal and external audiences
Proficient in e-learning authoring tools and LMS platforms
Highly self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
