Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Support & IT Operations professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure. Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT related problems in a timely manner
• Install and configure computer systems, networks, printers, and other IT equipment
• Monitor and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, switches, and routers
• Ensure data security and backup systems are in place and functioning properly
• Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues
• Maintain inventory of IT equipment and supplies
• Train employees on how to use new hardware and software systems
• Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and efficiency of the company's IT infrastructure
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and make recommendations for improvements to the company's IT systems
