About the Role :

We're looking for a motivated and hands-on Assistant Manager (AM) to help lead our retail store operations during our closing shift. As a key part of the store leadership team, you'll supervise employees, manage inventory and cash processes, uphold compliance standards, and ensure outstanding customer experience. You'll be the go-to leader on the floor—keeping the store running smoothly while mentoring your team.

Key Responsibilities :

Daily Operations & Leadership

• Oversee daily retail operations including opening / closing duties
• Coordinate shift coverage and staff scheduling to ensure proper coverage
• Provide on-the-spot coaching, support team development, and maintain performance standards
• Enforce store policies and procedures to uphold compliance and consistency
• Communicate effectively with store leadership and corporate teams
