Superintendent Commercial Or Multifamily Construction
As a Superintendent, you'll be responsible for managing all on-site aspects of construction projects from start to finish. Key responsibilities include :
- Oversee daily field operations and ensure adherence to project schedules
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field staff to maintain workflow and quality
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards
- Monitor construction progress and proactively resolve field issues
- Maintain accurate documentation including daily logs, inspections, and reports
- Communicate regularly with Project Managers, clients, and trade partners
- Lead site meetings and ensure alignment across all trades
- Ensure high standards of workmanship and adherence to plans and specifications
- Mentor junior field staff and promote a positive, productive job site culture
