Director of Operations | $150,000 / year + Bonus | Bay Area
A rapidly growing hospitality and entertainment group is seeking an experienced Director of Operations to oversee a designated region of company-owned venues. This role is accountable for leading General Managers and management teams while driving operational excellence, teammate development, guest satisfaction, sales growth, and unit-level profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide consistent leadership, coaching, and support to General Managers and venue management teams.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures while fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Oversee financial performance, including sales targets, controllable costs, and overall P&L results.
- Maintain world-class facilities and ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational readiness.
- Partner with cross-functional teams on initiatives, new venue openings, and operational improvements.
- Use guest satisfaction and employee experience data to identify trends, celebrate wins, and address opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with teams through high visibility, engagement, and retention-focused leadership.
- Contribute to annual budgets, quarterly business reviews, and long-term growth strategies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent experience in multi-unit, high-volume hospitality operations.5+ years of multi-unit leadership experience across restaurants, entertainment, or hospitality venues.Demonstrated success in leading leaders, managing P&L, and driving performance across dispersed locations.Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to multi-task, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain a hands-on leadership style.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic administrative systems.#J-18808-Ljbffr
