position : Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA)
Schedule : 4 days a week,6 hour Day Shifts

Key Responsibilities
Provide compassionate, high-quality patient care in post-acute facilities.Conduct patient rounds, write orders, and manage therapeutic and diagnostic procedures.Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and facility leadership.Document patient encounters in EMR systems with dictation support.Ensure compliance with facility and healthcare regulations.Maintain accurate records, billing, and claims.Required Skills & Attributes

1+ year of NP / PA experience preferred (new grads encouraged to apply).Background in Geriatrics, Internal Medicine, ICU, ER, Hospitalist, or General Practice is highly valued.Current state NP / PA license and DEA certification required .Benefits
