Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement automation solutions for manufacturing processes.
• Program and configure Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs), and industrial robots.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex issues within automated production systems.
• Lead and manage automation projects from initial concept through commissioning and validation.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to optimize system performance and reliability.
• Ensure all automation systems comply with safety standards, quality requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
• Evaluate and integrate new automation technologies, software, and hardware to improve efficiency and capability.

Recommended Qualifications

• PLC programming proficiency (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens) and HMI/SCADA development.
• Strong knowledge of industrial control systems, robotics, and sensor integration.
• Expertise in industrial networking protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Modbus).
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and optimize automated manufacturing processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, or a related technical field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with industrial robot programming and integration (e.g., Fanuc, Kuka, ABB, Universal Robots).
• Familiarity with machine vision systems for quality control or guidance (e.g., Cognex, Keyence).
• Exposure to Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) concepts, data acquisition, and basic analytics for operational insights.
