Paid Search Supervisor
Tombras, an independent, 475+ person, national full-service advertising agency is searching for a Paid Search Supervisor. Where you'll be working : Knoxville or Atlanta. Relocation assistance may be offered.
The Paid Search Supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day management of key accounts including Google & Microsoft Ad campaigns. This includes hands-on management of campaign creation, optimization, billing, handling day to day internal communication and client facing reporting. As a Paid Search Supervisor you should be able to run a client account autonomously. In addition to strategy, this position will be responsible for developing strong client relationships, training paid search analysts and strategists, leveraging tactical expertise to optimize existing campaigns, and ensuring campaigns are meeting client objectives.
What You Will Be Doing :
- Monitor and optimize Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns across multiple clients and types
- Campaign building, ad copy writing, keyword research, budget pacing, audience research, brand safety monitoring, billing, daily / weekly / monthly optimization tasks, reporting, insight creation, strategy ideation, client communication
- Coordinate with managers and directors, work with agency teams (billing, account service, analytics, social, integrated media)
- Drive campaign strategy, bring new channels and tactics
- Work with supervisor and department leadership, raise hand for additional tasks, seek opportunities and utilize learning resources
- Help create and launch new campaigns with accuracy across all requirements
- Utilize campaign tools (Google Ads Editor, Microsoft Ads Editor), ensure accuracy.
What You Bring :
3+ years of experience within an advertising agencyIntimate knowledge of website analytics programs (Google Analytics, Adobe Omniture, etc.)Google AdWords certifications - with 1-2 years' experience with Google AdWords and Bing AdsProven success in optimizing and growing PPC campaigns with an executional understanding of Search, Performance Max (Shopping, Local), Apps, YouTube, Discovery, GDN etc.Possess a well-developed analytical ability and a proven track record of extracting tangible insights from large data sets.Experience managing multi-million dollar campaigns for enterprise clientsProven track record of successful client relationship developmentExperience working with various CMS environments is a plus (WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, MODX, Magento, etc.)Why Join Tombras' Integrated Search Team?
