Ensures hot food is hot, and cold food is cold

Adheres to timing standards for products and services

Seeks ways to consolidate service and increase table turns

Educates guests on all elements of technology to expedite and simplify the ordering process

Demonstrates knowledge of all food and beverage products and makes recommendations

Quickly identifies and responds to guest issues and communicates with Management to find and offer solutions

Takes steps to avoid waste and limit costs

Pre-busses and sets tables to maintain cleanliness and table-turn

Assists in keeping the restaurant spotlessly clean, safe, and sanitary

Serves alcoholic beverages responsibly

Quickly and accurately delivers food and beverages to all assigned tables

Completes daily and weekly Tapville Social Restaurant SOPS and other assigned tasks as required
