Responsibilities
Client Interaction : Engage warmly with clients via phone, email and in-person, addressing inquiries and offering resolutions.
Account Management : Assist clients in managing their accounts, ensuring information accuracy, up-to-date records and timely response.
Problem Resolution : Actively listen to client concerns and provide effective and timely solutions.
Team Support : Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations by adhering to standard workflows, processes and real time documentation of client interactions.
Communication : Articulate insurance policy provisions, premiums and requirements accurately, clearly and timely to clients.
Customer Satisfaction : Ensure a positive customer experience by maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor.
Requirements
Education : Bachelor's degree, preferably in business, or insurance industry experience equivalent is required.
Experience : A minimum of 1 year of customer service or sales experience, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients.
Problem-Solving : Strong problem-solving abilities and de-escalation skills to manage customer concerns.
Customer Focus : Dedicated to providing top-notch customer service with a positive attitude.
Attention to Detail : Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data entry and client information management.
Technical Skills : Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and database management software.
