Lab Systems Training & Adoption Lead

Location : Bay Area, CA (On-site). Might require occasional travel to Santa Clara and Tucson.

Employment Type : Contract (W2 or C2C).

Duration : 12 months. Possibility of renewal depending on personal performance and business needs.

Rate : $75 / hr - $85 W2.

Requirements : must be authorized to work legally in the US without sponsorship, now or in the future.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Lab Systems Training & Adoption Lead to support the rollout and hypercare of our cutting-edge Digital Lab technologies. This role will focus on training delivery, end-user adoption, change management, and support activities in a scientific and technical environment. The ideal candidate combines strong project leadership with a solid understanding of training design, scientific systems, and stakeholder management in global environments.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead implementation of training strategies, including eLearning modules and in-person / classroom sessions.
• Collaborate with trainers, facilitators, subject matter experts (SMEs), and learning teams to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
• Support user readiness and adoption across scientific and technical functions.
• Drive hypercare phase activities including triaging tickets, managing communications, coordinating issue resolution, and handling escalations.
• Work closely with support teams and end users to ensure a smooth post-launch experience.
• Gather and analyze end user feedback, support data, and usage metrics to inform feature improvements.
• Collaborate with product and technical teams to define new or modified system functionalities.
• Contribute to project delivery using Agile and SAFe methodologies.
• Support timelines, task tracking, cross-functional collaboration, and risk mitigation activities.
• Support change initiatives related to the adoption of new tools and technologies.
• Develop and execute change management strategies in collaboration with organizational change experts.
