We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in handling vehicle returns. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with customers, have excellent communication skills, and are able to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Meet and greet customers, securing keys and recording vehicle information.
  • Record mileage, gas levels, and damage to vehicles.
  • Check vehicles into our system.

Requirements :

  • High School Diploma (or equivalent).
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Basic computer skills (typing, data entry).
  • Effective verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to stand, walk or move throughout rental lot, enter / exit vehicles for prolonged periods and drive a variety of vehicles.
  • Flexibility to work all shifts.
  • Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
