Technical Project Manager

Job Description

The Wireless & Network Refresh Project Manager leads enterprise-wide upgrades of wired and wireless infrastructure across hospitals, clinics, and administrative sites. The role ensures reliable connectivity for clinical systems, EMR platforms, and IoT medical devices while maintaining strict compliance with healthcare IT standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle delivery of LAN / WLAN refresh programs : assessment, design, implementation, validation, and handover.
• Coordinate site surveys, access-point deployment, switch / router / firewall replacement, and structured cabling.
• Develop migration and cutover plans minimizing disruption to patient-care operations.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration among Network Engineering and hospital stakeholders
• Supervise contractors and vendors for installation, testing, and documentation.
• Track assets, configurations, and firmware standardization across all sites.
• Implement change-control procedures and rollback plans per hospital PMO governance.
• Maintain dashboards reporting OTD, variance, and SLA compliance.
• Deliver status reports to IT leadership and coordinate executive steering reviews.
