Finance Manager (FM) (40 hours, Full-time) Exempt

BUILD is looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial professional to join our team as the very first Finance Manager in our 56-year history! The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing budgets, analyzing financial data, developing forecasts, and providing insights that drive business decisions. The successful candidate will possess excellent analytical and technical skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to think strategically. This position requires excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, and the flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment. You’ll work closely with the CFO and C-levels with the opportunity to make your mark with an established and respected non-profit leader providing vital services to Chicago’s rising west side.
