Construction Project Estimator (Goodyear)

JOB DESCRIPTION

A company in the Litchfield Park area is looking for a Project Estimator to join their team. This person will be responsible for estimating material, equipment, labor, and subcontractor costs for commercial construction projects. They will also be responsible for reviewing project plans and specifications, analyzing project requirements, scope of work, obtaining quotes from subcontractors, and developing project budgets. Compensation : $100,000 to $140,000 per year annual salary. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 5+ years of experience in cost estimation and project analysis
• Knowledge of reading and interpreting blueprints

• Proficiency in construction estimating software
