Senior Manager

As a Senior Manager, you will play a key role in executing the organization's strategy initiatives for Medical Pharmacy and support network management with external questions on Medical Pharmacy. You will leverage your expertise to provide insight to the Network Management Team on Medical Pharmacy policy and pricing. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help assist with the prioritization of the Medical Pharmacy strategy and program implementation.

Job will include :

  • Support the with cross-functional teams and assist with the prioritization of the Medical Pharmacy strategy and program implementation.
  • Contribute to the execution of strategic initiatives aligned with the organization's goals, utilizing data analysis, and stakeholder feedback.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform key decision-making and positioning strategies.
  • Assist with establishing Market Rates for Medical Pharmacy Products on a quarterly basis to ensure consistency in the organizational pricing.
  • Monitor and report on key financial performance indicators.

Required Qualifications :

  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in project management, strategy, or a related field.
  • Experience with Medical Pharmacy products and related product trends.
  • Strong execution and delivery skills, including planning, implementation, and support.
  • Experience in business intelligence, data-driven decision-making, and analytical problem-solving.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams and build strong relationships.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Understanding the Pharmacy landscape and pricing.
  • Education :

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, or a combination of professional work experience and education.
  • Pay Range :

    The typical pay range for this role is : $67,900.00 - $199,144.00. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.

    This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
