What You’ll Do
Own a territory and target list of commercial and industrial propertiesBuild strategic relationships with property managers, facility directors, and asset ownersGenerate qualified leads through proactive outreach, networking, and visibility effortsCollaborate with leadership on estimating, proposal strategy, and onboarding new accountsTrack progress and pipeline in Aspire with clear monthly and quarterly goalsRepresent emi at industry events and professional associationsSupport light LinkedIn visibility to maintain market presenceYou’re a Strong Fit If
