Job Title : Print Machine Operator Location : Eatontown, NJ Type : Contract-to-Hire Hourly Payrate : $23.00 per hour Work Model : Onsite (100%) Hours : Sunday night - Friday morning, 11 : 30 PM - 8 : 00 AM Overnight Print & Labeling Operator Responsibilities : Credit card manufacturing company - highly secure facility. This person help with printing the paperwork associated with credit card manufacturing. Operates high speed production machinery designed to impregnate consumer data into microchips and magnetic strip film. Sets-up production machinery, refers to customer specifications to ensure accuracy of order. Preforms virtual test run. Helps prepares customers product for shipment and processing Assists with order fulfillment, quality control and preparing shipments. Performs QC checks to review shipping data matches customer information (product accuracy – cards must match customer info such as address, name, DOB, etc.) Transports finished credit cards to Fulfillment for further processing (2-person movements at all times) Works heavily with MS Excel spreadsheets, PDF files and Machinery designed to impregnate data into credit cards. Must be capable of working with and using "basic" MS Excel Facility has capability to produce many different types of credit cards. Each day thousands and thousands are produced and shipped (USPS) using high speed automation machinery. Very rarely does an error occur (less than .01% error rate). Learns how to identify errors, concerns or problems with data integrity and resolves issues before printing labels. Preforms "test run" in virtual system to ensure accuracy prior to "live run". Works extensively in computer throughout course of shift. Running Production Machinery is primary responsibility but this person does help in other areas as we are a small team. Overnight Print & Labeling Operator Requirements : High school diploma or equivalent is required. Post high school education or vocational / technical training is highly desired but not required. Must have good MS Excel skills. Training on using MS Excel is limited and it is expected this person knows how to use basic MS Excel. This will include basic data entry, basic formulas, must have overall has strong computer skills and abilities proven through prior work experience. Must be able to work in a Federally regulated work environment (banking) At leas two (2) years experience working in any other type of production environment or office setting with “mailing” or “shipping” responsibilities, or related similarly related manufacturing environment Must be a highly organized person to be successful in this role and possess attention to detail, able to accurately preform quality inspection of product and stand for up to eight (8) hours Strong computer skills. Should comfortable, at all times, on computer and be able to call up existing templates and programs on label printer, make small adjustments as needed to other printing equipment Must have legible handwriting and be able to write neatly and concisely.
